Results
Results of the 7th year of the International Composers’ Competition Opus ignotum for children choirs
According to the rules of the competition, the jury members (MgA. et Mgr. Marek Valášek, Ph.D., doc. Mgr. Eduard Douša, Ph.D., Mgr. Lukáš Holec, MgA. Martin Hybler, Ph.D. and Mgr. Eva Šeinerová) read up 69 properly anonymously sent compositions and evaluated them as follows:
Category A:
1st place Vlčí mák, pomněnka a cvrček (Jan Bernátek, CR)
2nd place První sníh (Pavel Kratochvíl, CR)
3th place Parádivá koza (Emil Hradecký, CR)
Category B:
1st place Ježíšku, Ježíšku (Ivo Bláha, CR)
2nd place Co nevíte o vesmíru (Vojtěch Podroužek, CR)
3th place Keby mi milý muoj (Emil Hradecký, CR)
Apríl (Pavel Holubec, CR)
Category C:
1st place O jubilate Domino (Martin Neill, UK)
2nd place Noc (Irena Szurmannová, CR)
3th place In God Alone (Angelo Bernardelli, Italy)
Compositions that will receive the financial price, will be published by NIPOS and will be performed during Porta Musicae 2020 (November 2020, Nový Jičín, Czech Republic):
the first place from each category.
